The Opening Pour: Art of Glassware with Riedel

Join us for an immersive sensory tasting led by RIEDEL, The Wine Glass Company, as you learn how the shape and design of your glass influence aroma, balance and flavor. Throughout the seminar, you'll taste using your own set of RIEDEL wine glasses—yours to take home—and set the stage for a monthly collection of wine dinners, where you'll put your newfound appreciation into practice alongside acclaimed vintners, exceptional wines and thoughtfully paired seasonal menus.

The Journey continues with an intimate evening celebrating one of Napa Valley's most exclusive estates. Guided by Jarvis Estate Ambassador, Sil Coccia, discovers the story behind Jarvis—the country's first fully underground winery—while savoring estate-grown wines thoughtfully paired with a seasonal multi-course menu by Calusso. From the rugged hillsides of Napa to your table, every course and every pour is designed to immerse you in the precision, craftsmanship and rarity that define Jarvis.

PlumpJack & Cade / 7 PM

Experience the diversity of Napa Valley through an evening featuring the acclaimed wines of PlumpJack and Cade. From the richness of valley-floor vineyards to the bold structure of Howell Mountain, each thoughtfully selected wine is paired with a seasonally inspired multi-course menu by Chef Jonathan Kaiser, showcasing how terroir, elevation and technique shape every sip.

FAVIA WINES / Wed, Dec 2 / 7 PM

Deepen your appreciation for Napa Valley alongside acclaimed winemaker Andy Erickson for an intimate evening of conversation, exceptional wines and inspired cuisine. As Erickson shares the philosophy behind Favia's celebrated, site-driven wines, each pour is paired with a thoughtfully crafted multi-course menu by Calusso, creating an immersive experience that brings together storytelling, terroir and culinary artistry.

Hundred Acre / Wed, Jan 20 / 7 PM

Conclude the season with an extraordinary evening celebrating the iconic wines of Hundred Acre. Known for producing some of Napa Valley's most coveted Cabernet Sauvignons, each exceptional vintage is paired with a refined multi-course menu by Calusso, inviting guests to savor an unforgettable finale of remarkable wines, elevated cuisine and shared conversation.
