Begin the evening with a five-course experience, featuring highlights like Turbot with Champagne beurre blanc and caviar, and Australian wagyu finished in truffle périgourdine. Or linger into the night with the eight-course celebration, where King Crab Oeuf Mimosa and Langoustine en Papillote lead into a crescendo of flavor, culminating in a Chocolate Crémeux finale.
