Calusso stages evenings where cuisine, wine, and setting work in concert, with legendary producers guiding intimate events and seasonal celebrations rising above the marina, each offering a seat at one of Fort Lauderdale’s defining tables.
An evening guided by Giovanni Gaja, one of Italy’s most revered winemakers. A four-course menu meets a lineage of vintages, each pairing chosen to reveal depth and craft. With only fifty seats, this is an intimate encounter with a living tradition.

The evening begins above the marina at Pier Top, where sparkling wine and canapés mark six decades of Schramsberg & Davies. A ceremonial sabering sets the tone, followed by a multi-course dinner at Calusso, each plate matched with vintages introduced by Mr. Davies himself. Only fifty places are set for this milestone celebration.

Every week, Calusso’s Bar & Lounge hosts two hours set aside for the simple pleasures: select cocktails, curated wines, and small plates served against the backdrop of the marina. Available Tuesday through Saturday, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

Halloween at Pier Top
On October 31, Pier Top turns into a room of shadows and spectacle. Cocktails tempt, music moves, and a midnight costume contest crowns the night. From dusk until 2 AM, the city glows beneath an evening designed for intrigue.
